This Privacy Policy explains what data eSKY collects and how it is used, in line with GDPR principles.

Data We Collect

We collect only your email address (to deliver your eSIM and order confirmation) and your country of residence (to compute applicable pricing). We do not require your name, phone number, or physical address.

Payment Data

Payments are handled entirely by Whop. eSKY never receives, transmits, or stores your card number or billing details.

Anis, Our AI Assistant

Anis is powered by Groq's AI models. Messages you send to Anis are processed to generate a reply and are not permanently stored or used to train any model; only your own order data (looked up via your session or the email you provide) is used to answer support questions.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a session cookie to remember your order session and a local preference for your chosen language. With your consent only (cookie banner), we also use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure our advertising. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. To measure our ads, purchase details (hashed email, amount) may also be sent to Meta from our servers, only with your consent where the law requires it.

Data Retention

Order data is kept only as long as necessary to provide support and meet legal or accounting obligations.
