How to install eSKY as an app on my phone?

On Android: tap 'Install App 📲' at the bottom > Install. On iPhone: tap Share (square with arrow) > 'Add to Home Screen' > Add. eSKY will then open fullscreen like a native app, no browser bar, instant access to your eSIMs.

Is my phone compatible?

Most recent iPhones, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy devices support eSIM. Your phone must also be unlocked.

When should I install my eSIM?

Install it before departure over Wi-Fi, then enable mobile data when you arrive.

Can I reuse the QR code?

Keep it secure. Some profiles can only be installed once. Do not delete the eSIM while it is valid.

What if the internet does not work?

Check that the eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and that data roaming is allowed.
